1. Shipping Locations

MumBuds USA currently ships products throughout Nepal. We are working to expand our delivery network and may offer international shipping in the future.

For delivery inquiries outside Nepal, please contact our customer support team before placing an order.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a confirmation message via email, SMS, or other communication channels with tracking information, where available.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at the time of purchase.

MumBuds USA is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from:

  • Incomplete delivery information

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

8. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Take photos of the package and products immediately upon receipt.
  • Contact MumBuds USA within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide your order number and supporting photos.

We will review the claim and determine an appropriate resolution.

9. Delivery Refusal

If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason, shipping costs and any applicable return charges may be deducted from any eligible refund.
