For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Opened diaper packages.
- Used products.

2. Return Request Period
Customers must submit a return request within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Requests made after this period may not be eligible for return or refund consideration.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
5. Refund Policy
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless:
- The wrong product was shipped by MumBuds USA.
- The product arrived damaged or defective.
6. Replacement Policy
Where applicable, MumBuds USA may offer a replacement instead of a refund for:
- Damaged products.
- Defective products.
- Incorrect items shipped.
Replacement availability will depend on stock levels.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

8. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened diaper packs.
- Used diaper products.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or customer negligence.
- Promotional, clearance, or gift items unless defective.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined in this policy.
